The Korkeakoski harling area expanded in 1998 and now includes the entire river from Kunnarinkivi to the highway bridge. The area has several excellent salmon and seatrout hot spots. Especially in the autumn it competes with the Korkeakoski casting pier located upstream, for the best catch guarantee. The biggest fish of 1997, the 20 kg Kojamo in the picture, was trolled by Niko Rokka and Mikko Malin on October 7th.
